I have a number of clients looking for homes in the St. John's and surrounding areas...Do you have what we're looking for?
Single family home in the CBS, Paradise, Portugal Cove-St. Philips, or Torbay areas for under $350,000. Must have a "Country Feel" and prefer at least a half acre of land. No more than 12 years old and garage and ensuite are must-haves!
Large executive home in the CBS or Paradise areas on at least half acre of land. Looking in the $450-750,000 range.
2-apartment homes in the St. John's, Mount Pearl and Paradise areas. Less than 20 years old and under $300,000.
Single family home in Torbay, Logy Bay or Portugal Cove-St. Philips areas. Extra large lot and garage. Between $300 and $400,000.
Large home in St. John's with at least 3 beds and 2 baths. Modern kitchen and bathrooms with dark cabinets. Garage and dishwasher are must haves! Looking between $380 and $475,000.
Commercial property in the downtown-central areas for under $300,000. Ideally would have many offices/rooms.
2-apartment "fixer-uppers" in the St. John's - Mount Pearl area around $225,000.
